Lmao that's one way to incorporate remote duels into the anime.

I wonder what the reveal at the end was. There's probably a 95% chance it's a new card type knowing how this usually goes lol. Fusions? Maximums? Something new?

Could be but I'm pressing (X) to doubt.
If anything it's gonna be Luke descendant and we've already been briefly shown a Neil one.

Little Rovian is way too cute!

Deus_Ex_Loli • 1 year ago

That has to be Luke lmao...what the hell is happening? Is it a fusion card the king presents?

kyoshiromibu • 1 year ago

hmm it seems setsuri is back so it might be Yuga or ir might be luke d'devil

I wonder how Asaka Mutsuba will be handled in later episodes now that her voice actor is taking a hiatus.

Axel Vargas • 1 year ago

She'll probably stay at the ship handling Mutsuba town while the others go fight the king

Hmm... I'm going to guess the big bad is either The☆Lukeman or The☆Yugaman if The☆Providence is an underling.

They made such a big deal over not being able to give the opponent your monster cards because of the online restriction. Imagine the comedy if one of them uses a card with physical interaction(s) like Yu-Jo Friendship.

I hope we never get another pandemic again because I'm not fond of Remote Duels, especially whether players are conducting shenanigans or not.

Tripple-A • 1 year ago

Why would you even play a "remote duel" in the first place in this day and age? You can simply play online against each other with programs like EDOPro.

This episode is the studio's manner to cut on animation costs. But did they really have to pretend like Remote Duelling is something special? This is something that was made known in the very 2nd episode of Yugioh Duel Monsters, where Atem lost to Pegasus

Thinking about that duel yes technically true cannot deny in the dual monsters' era but that was done supernatural, but in this episode is more realistic remote duel and they explained how it is done. Thanks to this episode I learned on how duel remotely.

Tripple-A • 1 year ago

It's obvious that the main objective was to cut down on animation cost and it's not like I have anything against a remote duel (or any non solid vision duel) once in a while but why do they have to pretend like it's something special?
